Posizione ottima a pochi minuti a piedi dalla fermata della metro S.Petro che in 15 minuti ti porta al centro di Roma. A pochi passi dal centro della Garbatella. Vicinanza di ristoranti e bar. Casa arredata con cura e attenzione al dettaglio. Presente anche una cucina con tutto il minimo indispensabile. Presente anche lavatrice, phon, microonde, macchina del caffè, insomma direi dotata dei comfort necessari.

Très propre, équipements modernes, salle de bains,pratique, proche bus et métro quartier sécurisé télé avec Netflix, clim, nombreuses serviettes, thé café, accès facile, contact facile avec le propriétaire
Chambre et salon salle à manger en contrebas de la rue, bruits de voiture(plaque bruyante juste devant la fenêtre), donc très sombre avec lumières artificielles très fortes 1 seul drap pour le lit d'appoint, odeur de désodorisant en arrivant très forte, cuisine étroite et équipée au minimum , lit mou,

- mieszkanie było posprzątane - na stanie była kawa i herbata, suszarka, deska do prasowania, osuszacz powietrza i klimatyzacja oraz dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, ręczniki i żel pod prysznic, grzejnik w łazience, zawsze ciepła woda, dodatkowe koce, doskonały kontakt z właścicielem
Pleśń na uszczelkach w łazience, w sypialni i w salonie, Wysoka wilgotność powietrza i zapach stęchlizny, pleśń w komorze na płyn w pralce Spleśniały kosz na pranie (do wymiany lub usunięcia). Pleśń usunęłam samodzielnie z dwóch uszczelek, żeby nie wdychać jej zapachu
