Imbattibile la posizione di fronte alla metro che permette di raggiungere qualsiasi luogo da visitare comodamente. Perfetto a livello di servizi sotto casa.
La casa ha bisogno di molti interventi. Tavolo non utilizzabile perché traballante, bagno con doccia da incubo, acqua difficile da regolare e purtroppo anche con quella tenda abbiamo avuto problemi di allagamento bagno. Per fare qualche giorno a Roma ci tengo a precisare che come rapporto posizione prezzo è perfetta, ma solo perché la casa è stata utilizzata come base per dormire.

Bellissimo appartamento, ho tantissimo apprezzato il set di cortesia con caramelle, merendine e tisane,ma soprattutto la gentilezza di Laura,la proprietaria, estremamente cortese e supporto a,sempre disponibile.

La proprietaria è stata molto cortese e la posizione dell appartamento ottima.
In casa vi erano una marea di cuscini ed oggetti che odoravano di polvere vecchia, mancavano coperte e siamo morte di freddo la notte tanto che ho dovuto usare i giubbotti per dormire, la doccia scomoda e l acqua calda che usciva a malapena.
