Great location, metro station just around the corner, everything that we needed was provided, McDonalds next door to us, even a basilica worth visiting. We came with two kids, there was enough space since there is a couch in the living room that can be extended into bed.
The only thing you need to have in mind if you are a light sleeper like me is to bring some ear plugs for sleeping since metro and the basilica are really really loud🤣 But I can't consider it the owners fault so my rating is still 10/10.
