Happy, will go there again, if we visit Rome.

The host, her father, George; a kind man. We reached in the evening, jsut before the storms (rarity in Rome) arrived. He took us to the nearest railway station and showed us the way, made us comfortable. The room's nice, though since it is surrounded by nature, every second you leave the main door open, there's a huge chance a spoilsport mosquitto would get in. The host has put all the essentials in the room, though we did not use any of it, e.g. coffee sachets, tissue paper, every little detail of what you need was available. The residence is in a very quiet residential location.

Nice comfortable stay, helpful host

We had a very comfortable stay with Daria, who provided all the necessities for a comfortable stay. The pool was a great bonus too. Beds were comfy, studio was clean, and Daria’s communication was great. The property was lovely and green, with lots of bird life.

The one downside to the property is the distance to Rome central. Despite having a bus stop near by, it takes a long time to get to the centre of Rome by public transport. And there are few shops near by.

Everything in the house was clean and nice. The owner is very helpful and communicative. The place was nicely equipped. The address is easy to reach from the city center with the use of the public transportation. Nearby there's a market and some restaurants.

The place is in a basement, so it's kinda wet and sadly it was hard to withstand the smell. The area/district isn't really exciting and there's a lot of rubbish everywhere.

Daria is a very nice person, we had a great time there. The kids enjoyed the italian style breakfast included in the price. The accomodation is in a peaceful place, but the center is aviable within 20 minutes by train. The price is very good, I really recommend it.

All in all really good stay

The hosts were amazing and we could always call them if we needed anything. The property was cute but a bit small for four people. It was really nice that the hosts had already bought some groceries so we didn't need to go to the supermarket immedeately after our arrival.

It was hard to find the property 'cause the neighborhood is slightly confusing.

The accommodation is great, the host met us at the station and drove us to the accommodation. A real Italian family who are very cordial. Within the building there is a swimming pool for use by guests. The distance from the center is 20-30 minutes, but it didn't bother us because it is well connected to public transport. We were greeted by a full fridge of food that we used for breakfast.

Great hosts and value for money

Amazing hosts! They picked us from the train station because we were lost. Check in was really easy, they gave us the keys and instructions. The cupboards were full for breakfast and coffee. The only "downside" is the location which is a bit far from the center but for us it wasn't a problem. We really liked the greenery around. Bonus, I got to pet the two family dogs 😁

Fantastic stay with great hosts

The hosts are among the nicest we've ever had. They always looked to help wherever they could and went way beyond what would normally be expected. They genuinely cared about how comfortable we were and even provided plenty of varied breakfast food, coffee and beers (unfortunately none of our family drinks but the gesture was very appreciated). The location is very good. The road to the train station requires a little bit of attention to walk on because of fast traffic but it's nothing which can't be overcome with a bit of common sense. The train to Rome is quick and the station it arrives at is a good base for exploring the city. There are also loads of buses available too. A superb accommodation and highly recommended.

Excellent place !!!

Everything !!! The hospitalitty and kindness of the owner- Daria, her father and her daughter made us love the place from the first secconds of our conversation and the appartment exceeded our expectations !!! We really LOVE this place !! A nice, cozy, welcoming appartment with perfect bed to sleep and perfect sofa-bed (in livingroom) to sleep in it also (my mom slept on the sofa and she said that she slept the best from our entire hollidays, which was 3 weeks long and slept in many places) !!! Daria gives us even water (1 pack of natural bottles of water and 1 pack of mineral water), coffee, the coockies for breakfast, tea and jam !!! Also she and all her familly members was very friendly with our female dog !! They even let our dog in the yard for 1 hour, in the day we left her home to visit Colosseum !!! I highly recommend this cozy appartment from near Roma's center and this AWSOME familly, you will love them a lot, for sure !!! Daria, we thank you and your familly so much for ALL and for sure we will see next year for longer time !!! Can't wait already !!! All of us kiss you and hugg you and your familly as well !! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻😘😘😘🤗🤗🤗♥️♥️♥️ P.S.: Daria even took us by car at "trenino" station in Saxa Rubra and when we came back from the Rome city tour, she sent her daughter to take us by car from same station and bring us back home !!! Piscina NON ad uso esclusivo

La casa rispecchia le immagini proposte anche se andrebbero fatti dei lavoretti di restauro, soprattutto vicino alle finestre e doccia. La ragazza che ci ha accolto è stata carinissima e cortese.

Il fatto di aver pagato per USO ESCLUSIVO DELLA PISCINA invece c'era anche proprietario con altre persone. Quindi zero privacy e nemmeno utilizzata. Parlato col proprietario ma lui è rimasto dell'idea che era ad uso privato anche se in piscina c'era lui stesso con altre persone e le mie figlie erano a disagio e quindi abbiamo pagato un servizio senza poterlo usare. La doccia della casa non si chiudeva e quindi si bagnava il pavimento.

Ho trascorso davvero una bella esperienza in questo posto! La struttura era molto bella e pulita. La piscina e il giardino sono davvero splendidi, perfetti per rilassarsi e godersi il verde. Mycket personligt boende som passade oss perfekt i vår bilsemester. Kunde parkera bilen inne på gården och därefter gå till tågstationen och ta tåg och metro in till Rom. Biljetter köptes i kiosken, kontant. Toppen! Familjens pool var toppen att svalka sig i efter en heldag i Rom. Fint kök med vatten på kylning när vi kom och som hade det vi behövde. Svalt och skönt en trappa ner. aircondition.

Quando cercavamo la struttura era in funzione della vicinanza al Foro Italico per il concerto di Radio Zeta Future Hits e devo dire che la scelta è stata proprio azzeccata. Inoltre è stato abbastanza comodo anche per spostarsi in centro con i mezzi pubblici e visitare la città; non lo consiglierei del tutto se uno vuole vivere anche la città nel dopo cena dove potrebbe risultare più complicato il ritorno con i mezzi. Per il resto dobbiamo sicuramente fare i complimenti a Daria per la sua disponibilità, gentilezza e cordialità; siamo stati solo un giorno e quando siamo andati via la mattina, sembrava di salutare una cara amica. La piscina con lo spazio verde è sicuramente il punto di forza di La Casa di Ornella come del resto la sua posizione tranquilla. Dobbiamo dire che siamo stati solo una notte e non abbiamo avuto modo di sfruttarla in tutto e per tutto ma non abbiamo trovato punti a sfavore. Consigliatissimo.

La piscina, la tranquillità sono un plus insieme alla gentilezza della propritaria che rifornisce l'appartamento di tutto ciò che può servire, dalla biancheria ai prodotti da bagno...

L'appartamento per quattro persone è piccolino, i servizi del pubblico trasporto un po' caotici, si consiglia l'auto, soprattutto alla sera e alla notte considerando che la fermata dell'autobus più vicina è sulla via Flaminia.

A anfitriã (Daria) vale por 10! Faz com que nos sentamos em casa, sempre preocupada com o nosso bem-estar e com uma simpatia e generosidade naturais. A localização é excelente, o ambiente, a natureza, estamos em Roma, mas no campo, com a vantagem de estarmos perto da cidade. A estação de comboios é perto, o bairro é sossegado, limpo e organizado. Há restaurantes perto, também com música. Há supermercado nas imediações Boa relação qualidade/preço, especialmente para famílias que desejam preparar algumas refeições. Sentimos a verdadeira experiência italiana!
