Alessandro was a very friendly & helpful host, even with questions in late evening. The apartment is in a quiet area & just out front you find several disposal tons, Italy does separate waste. The apartment self was very fancy with a good equipped kitchen (oven, 5 pits stove, dish washer & nespresso coffee machine), rainfall shower, great living room with big couch & dining area with 5 seatings. There is an upper loft bedroom & beneath you find enough closet room & there is a kind of seat you can swap into a bed for 1 person. Or you can store luggage as well. Nearly a few min walk you can find 2 busstops with several directions to the center of Rome, tourist places, to metro or train stations in Roma Termini or Conca d'Oro. Also nearby a few smaller grocery shops, even a local market with fresh veggies & fruit (all very affordable), only weekdays till 1PM.
