Było słychać jeżdżącą windę za ścianą ale nie było to uciążliwe- stwierdzam fakt,że tak jest.Mieszkanie czyste ale można je trochę odnowić ( meble w kuchni, łazienka)

I debated writing this review for a long time. However, considering this is the second time I get disappointed in an accomodation because previous reviewers were too kind to say anything negative, I thought I would leave an honest review for the sake of the next person looking at this flat. I will start off by saying that Daniele was very responsive and kind, and he allowed early check-in and late check-out (though we did not make use of it, but it was highly appreciated). Those are amazing perks to have when dealing with a host. Additionally, the location is great for those of us who like to stay outside the city, and the terrasse is huge. But those positives can be quickly forgotten if the host does not work to make the stay more pleasant, especially for the rates he is charging. More below.

The apartment is dated, but that did not bother us, as it's part of the charm of staying in this type of buildings. But the several holes and cut off pipes from old fittings do not add to the appeal of the accomodation. More importantly, the cleanliness and the comfort of the flat leave something to be desired. I'm not talking about a stray hair, which wefound several of. I'm talking about: - the toilet bin not being emptied prior to our check-in; - smelly, threadbare towels; - old, sticky dust on the bathroom door, fixtures, and kitchen hood; - numerous mold spots on the shower accordion door that serves as a shower curtain; - brown water stains on the kitchen cabinets under the sink; - ants in the kitchen, didn't bother us, but might bother others; - and last but not least, pillows that feel like someone threw a bunch of cotton balls in a sack and called it a day. I'm talking about being given one roll of toilet paper for a booking of 6 nights for two people. Yes, Daniele was responsive enough to bring two extra rolls of toilet paper upon request, and to change the towels when we couldn't get rid of the smell no matter how long we left them in sun, but still, in my opinion, such amenities should not be at a bare minimum. Or if they are, the accomodation should not be receiving a rating of 9/10 on average. We do not like to complain about things we cannot change during our stay, and while we did ask for replacement towels and extra rolls of toilet paper, there was no working around the dirt and comfort of the place. Would I go back? Yes, but only if Daniele ensures that his rental is brought up to a better standard. It's really too bad, because it would take very little to take this place from nice to great.

We loved the location, it vas very calm and quiet. A nice place to get away from the chaos of the city. We also enjoyed the big terrace!

Niente di particolare

L'appartamento non è confortevole. Manca un po' di tutto, dal tavolo in cucina a una semplice tovaglia, a uno strofinaccio per asciugare ciò che lavi, a un mobiletto in bagno per appoggiare i beauty, a una tendina alla finestra del bagno (che puzza continuamente di umido) che impedisca alla luce di disturbare chi dorme nella camera da letto quando si apre la porta, a dei semplici appendini per i teli doccia o per i giubbotti, a dei secchi per la spazzatura, a degli appoggi per le valigie, ecc. Bisogna davvero arrangiarsi. Per non parlare del parcheggio: se hai una macchina è un inferno. Inoltre, se dormi in cucina, il rumore dell'ascensore è fortissimo. Bocciato!
