The apartment is located on the mezzanine floor, but is not so important as long as you are out in the city all day visiting sites. Maybe is better this way when is too hot outside.

We stayed 3 days, we slept very well the bed was very comfortable, the apartment was beautiful and clean. Near the apartment there are a lot of restaurants and a supermarket open 24 hours a day, even the train station is very close. The owners were very kind and helpful.

I liked everithing the only things that could be better are: the shower head need to be changed because it was broken, a sharper knife and to add a microwave 😊

L'appartamento accogliente e ben attrezzato. C'è tutto il necessario per cucinare i pasti con una bimba piccola

L'appartamento si trova al piano inferiore, e si accede scendendo due rampe di scale. Un po' scomodo con il passeggino. Durante la doccia l'acqua diventava da fredda a bollente in pochi secondi, probabilmente un piccolo problema della caldaia. Per noi adulti pazienza, ma con la bambina piccola è stato un po' un problema.

Bel quartiere peccato per la casa

Proprietario molto cordiale... anche se purtroppo nell'inserzione c'era riportato parcheggio al coperto che non è affatto presente. L'abbiamo contattato ed ha attribuito l' errore ad un'errata traduzione della parola "autorimessa" da parte di booking. L'autorimessa è a non meno di 2km. prezzo comunque onesto. Appartamento per me non adatto a coppie con bambini soprattutto a causa del posto auto. I parcheggi gratuiti in zona sono sempre occupati e lo scarico/carico auto diventa un'impresa. Casa sottoposta alla strada situata nel seminterrato con due finestre che danno sul retro di un'officina ed effettivamente aprendo le finestre il panorama non è il massimo... spuntano taniche di olio motore e parafanghi.

In generale buono il rapporto qualità/prezzo

La posizione è vicina alla stazione ferroviaria per cui molto vicina per chi lavora/studia presso il Policlinico Gemelli. L’appartamento è silenzioso e il bagno grande.

Dalle foto e descrizione non è precisato il piano in cui sta la casa, che è nel seminterrato, per cui non è molto luminosa e aprendo le finestre del soggiorno/cucina entravamo molti moscerini. Il microonde dopo qualche secondo acceso faceva saltare la luce della casa, per cui non si potevano scaldare le cibarie in maniera adeguata. Il “divano-letto” è semplicemente un letto ad una piazza

Esperienza negativa

Non mi è piaciuto nè l’appartamento sotto terra, nè l’host Alberto con il quale abbiamo interagito. Mi dispiace che continui a dire bugie. I documenti non li ha chiesti lui, lo dimostra il fatto che siamo entrati regolarmente in casa seguendo la procedura da lui indicata per le chiavi, abbiamo preso possesso della casa, solo dopo aver visto in che condizioni si trovasse l’abitazione abbiamo deciso di scappare. Chiedo al Sig. Alberto: quando si ha un cliente, sono i clienti a registrarsi o è l’host che si deve preoccupare di chiedere i documenti? I documenti vanno chiesti prima di dare le chiavi di un appartamento qualunque.

La casa è in un sottoscala, non pulita, umida e soprattutto quando si va in bagno non vi è privacy, in quanto dalla cucina si può vedere dentro al bagno. Il Signor Alberto è stato maleducato e aggressivo nei nostri confronti.

Gdyby komunikacja z centrum była łatwiejsza,i mieszkanie na piętrze wyżej, byłoby idealnie.

Mieszkanie na piętrze -1, okna w połowie przykryte chodnikiem, musiały być zasłonięte żeby było trochę prywatności. W nocy dość głośno od chyba klimatyzacji za oknem. Lokalizacja: daleko od centrum

Apartament jest urządzony bardzo praktycznie, znajdziesz w nim wszystko co jest potrzebne (żelazko, pralka, suszarka, ekspres do kawy, naczynia a nawet przyprawy). Dla nas dużym atutem była duża wanna. Stosunek jakości do ceny bardzo dobry 😊 Rewelacyjny kontakt z Właścicielem, odpowiada w przeciągu kilku minut. Polecamy!
