Las instalaciones son muy buenas. Es un alojamiento muy acogedor; aunque no es muy grande, cuenta con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días con total comodidad. Además, está muy bien ubicado, ya que se encuentra muy cerca del metro y de varias líneas de autobús.
El único inconveniente fue el ruido de los vecinos de arriba. Se escuchaban muchísimo, hasta el punto de parecer que estaban dentro del apartamento por lo mucho que retumbaban los pasos y los golpes. Los primeros días incluso llegamos a despertarnos sobresaltados por el ruido. En cuanto al barrio, estaba bastante sucio, aunque en ningún momento nos dio la sensación de ser una zona problemática.

Appartamento molto pulito e fornito di tutto il necessario per un gradevole soggiorno. L'organizzazione e la comunicazione con l'host sono state impeccabili.
