The house has a pleasant large sunny terrace where you can have lunch behind the green fronds of an orange tree. In the garden, about 600 square meters there are firs, magnolias, cedrus and hedges and orange trees, where children have at their disposal a very small playground. immersed in a green turf.

Clean, cooked easily in the kitchen. Nice courtyard to drink wine and look at the stars at night. Easy to get to transportation. Our host was lovely. Told us all the ways to get around. History, what to see. Very pleasant experience. Would rent this location again.

Super easy to deal with and very friendly hosts. They are quick to communicate and are near by for any needs. They kept us updated about the goingnon and had a premade list of whats close by how to get to everything using public transit. It was a charming little place that allowed us outside area. Enough kitchen to cokk dinners and a washing machine with outdoor clothes rack. We stayed for 8 days and we def reccommend this private gated property to anyone.

The place was perfect for our Rome stay. Massimiliano was a great host. He was there to greet us and showed us the place and gave us excellent tios. We had parking inside a locked yard and only about 400m from the train station which connected us to Rome and its efficient subway. We bought the one week pass and it was ideal not to have to drive anywhere for a week.
The apartment was well layed out with a large bedroom and a spacious kitchen area.
Communication with the host was top notch with emails being responded to within minutes.
Would recommend this apartment to anyone looking to visit Rome and not staying in Rome itself
