Very nice stay apart from no hot water

It was in a very good location and was nice and clean. Looked like newly decorated.

There was no hot water for a shower or in the sinks.

Terrible place at a great location

Location. That’s amazing! 10/10. Also, staff communication was clear.

Terrible condition. Terrible room. Terrible noises all night from machines. It’s altogether a nightmare. Maximum acceptable for 1 short night.

No wifi

The bed was comfortable. Great location at the center of Como, close to the lake and the train and bus stations.

There wasn't any internet. I visited in December, it was very cold inside. Looking at others' reviews I see that many other guest didn't have internet. It seems that the owners aren't doing anything to fix that if so many people have this problem. They need to just be honest about not having wifi so guests can plan accordingly. It seemed overpriced considering there was no wifi and it was an icebox.

Overall, the accommodation was worth what we paid for and was in a great location.

Good location right in the middle of Como with access to restaurants and ferries to other locations. The coffee machine and pods were a nice addition. The shower was warm and the bed was nice and big.

The accommodation is very basic but that was fine for what we needed. We did unfortunately encounter a noisy neighbour for our last two nights. The WiFi was difficult to figure out but we did eventually manage this.

I’ve been to better places in the area

The location is great. Comfortable access and easy to find. There is AC and coffee available. The mini fridge is also a nice touch.

The walls were damaged, the sink was blocked. The shelf looks like it’s going to fall. The mattress is smaller than the bed frame, so it’s a bit strange to worry if something is going to fall in the gap. The WiFi is not slow, the network is completely missing although there is a QR code to connect to it.

I want my money back

The location was good

1. There is a big mold spot growing in the bedroom. Very unhealthy to breath-in. Should be illegal to rent this room. 2. The WiFi was not working at all, we had to use our data for 2 days. 3. There is a fridge, but the fridge does not cool. In fact, it seemed to be even warmer inside the fridge when it was on. 4. Not all the lights and electricity plugs were working. I had to charge my phone in the bathroom. 5. The shower was horrendous. It had a life on its own. Constantly changing water pressure and constantly changing water temperature. It was either really hot or really cold. Terrible stay.

Great location

Even though it stated air conditioning the apartment was fitted with a unit however you are not able to use it? The apartment was insanely hot, awful to sleep in. Walls were dirty and the ‘balcony’ could barely seat one person never mind 2.

Avoid Room 3 if you can

Location

- Water condensation from A/C runs on the wall, along a ledge, on the wall again and then to the floor. All this on the wall behind the bed where most of power points are. I contacted the administrators, they sent someone but the problem continued. - there is no way to make the TV work. I asked the administrators about this and eventually got ignored. - the bidet doesn’t work, when I mentioned to the administrators they suggested that I should try to fix it myself.

Comfy, highly enjoyable, amazing location

Easy check in, good instructions on how to get in so I wasn’t stressed or confused. The place was lovely, super comfortable bed, air conditioning is great, and the coffee is a nice touch

Nothing. Cockroaches and rats on the doorway.

Not clean. NO WIFI AS MENTIONED. Dirty and smelly and not the expectations like on the pictures. The room was getting moldy.

Room wasn't very clean.Hadnt been swept or hovered recently.Bathroom blind didn't work and bathroom widow wouldn't close fully.Expected more for the price paid.Units are very cheap and not very good.Sorry but expected more..

Perfect location, mouldy bathroom.

The location could not be aby better, right on the square with church and restaurants. Check in and checkout were automatic via codes on the doors, we didn't meet anyone and could arrive late at night.

The bathroom was not very nice with mold etc. The bedroom didn't have any windows.

Excellent location a great value for money

Right on a main square in the hub of everything but still very quiet. Very large and comfortable bed. Great wifi Decent hanging space for a small room. Outside space with table and chair Own fridge and Communal Nespresso machine too!

Not at all worth the price

Location

Everything except location AC was not working. After changing the battery it started working but it was very noisy. The room was not properly cleaned. The room was very compact. Bed and pillows were not comfortable. There was not a single light turned on in the stairs and gallery. Even though the checkout time is 10 am. Cleaning staff knocked on the door and asked us to vacate the room 5 mins before the checkout time and said she was waiting to clean the room from the last one hour

Since we stayed at the property just to have a rest and sleep at night, it was all great, all needed facilities were here. But if you want to spend more time at the property it is too small and balcony is not very cozy:)

Exceptional

Location is exceptional, it is in the center of Como and you have literally everything within 3-5min of walking. The room was very clean with all of the stuff mentioned in description to the room. And I really liked that the registration is online it's so comfortable. I stayed with a friend and we really enjoyed our stay here.

A quirky property right in the middle of Como but also tucked away from the main crowds.

Location was amazing. So central. Small but v lovely view of Al Duomo.

It was more cramped than expected from the photos but didn’t feel short changed.

Inadequate quality for the price

Excellent location, at the main square with Duomo, 5 mins by walk to the lake, 10-15 – to the train station. It's possible to leave luggage after check out in the corridor. Big smart TV. Despite it's located at the central square, the sound from it didn't reach the room. Bathroom is spacious. Overall, clean room despite empty bottle in the safe.

A bit slow response in booking.com chat (8-12 hours), but they provide phone number and answer to call, but if you guest come from abroad, you not always can call in other country. The online check-in is to be made using online form, where they promise you should find on check in day the instructions, it didn't work for us, but a bit later owner provided instructions separately. Mold in the shower. Fridge didn't work at all, the temperature inside it was the same as in the room. The hair dryer stopped blowing hot air a minute after it was turned on, and began to emit a burning smell. It's obviously broken. No window in the room, just small one in bathroom. All of these could be more or less accepted by us with understanding if not the price of apartment - for 150 euros per night you will get simple room (number 4) with shower cabin with mold, with broken fridge and hair dryer. It is inadequate, and shouldn't happen...
