Quiete e nottata rovinate, che peccato!

la sera del primo soggiorno dalle 20.30 un gruppo di ospiti ha ripetutamente fatto chiasso nel corridoio, con corse, porte sbattute più volte, urla e rumori vari, andando avanti per ore. Intorno alle 10.30 avevo quasi preso sonno nonostante il disturbo e un altro ospite è uscito dalla stanza urlando: mi sono svegliata di soprassalto per la paura e non ho più riposato bene. Tutti gli ospiti parlavano lingue a me ignote.

Freundliches Personal und wenn etwas nicht funktioniert hat, kamen sie schnell. Buslinie 160 und 162 und 2 fahren vom Eurospin zur Piazza Cavour am Comersee

In meinem Zimmer KEIN Fenster. Damit hatte ich nicht gerechnet und Wärme über Klimaanlage war nicht so angenehm, da die Klimaanlagenöffnung verschmutzt war

Falta de janela,elevador sujo e lento, recepção antipática e pouco comunicativa, falta de um frigobar, utensílios de necessidades básicas (talheres, copos/taças para vinho/faca, faltou um suporte de restaurante).
