Incomparable.

We spent 6 nights at B&B Spina Verde. The stay was our best B&B experience ever. The apartment is gorgeous and on 2 levels, and the garden has an unbeatable view, with evening sun, large pool, sun loungers and a hot tub. We didn't arrive by car, but you can park, and there are good and cheap bus connections from a stop close by. The breakfast is in a class of its own, and has a large selection of fresh breakfast products, bread, coffee, tea and cake, which most international guests will find attractive. For us, however, the greatest experience was the Italian hospitality: the warmth with which Andrea and his family welcomed us, so that we felt like part of the family. We will never forget this. If you want to stay in a 4 star B&B and experience the Italian soul, then hurry up and book a stay at B&B Spina Verde. We did!

Perfect place

Best B&B experience ever ! The apartment is clean with everything needed to enjoy the stay with a five star hotel quality. We really enjoyed our stay from the bed quality to the amazing breakfast with the spa to relax after long days of discovering Italy. The location is perfect : 10 minutes driving from the city center of Como and 30 minutes from Milano. Finally we met an amazing host Grazzie Mille Andrea for everything, the B&B was at your image and we can only recommend it.

Excellent! 😍

We stayed one night at B&B Spina Verde. The stay was fantastic. Andrea is a nice and very helpful host, the apartment is splendid, the garden has a very nice view with sunbeds and a hot tub, you can park the car on the property and the center of Como can be reached easily by car. But the very best thing about our stay was the breakfast. A wide range of sandwiches, spreads, fruit, yoghurt with cereals, coffee, tea and cake. Everything was fresh. We would absolutely go back here.

What a great and individual experience!!

To have a really private and quiet apartment just for us. You enter this apartment and find yourself in a really nice living room. Right around the corner is your own kitchen and a table. The bedroom is upstairs (there is even a door dividing living room and bedroom and right before you go up the stairs you find a wonderful bathroom including everything you need like soap shampoo - even a hair dryer. There are actually two bedrooms upstairs - so kids can sleep in an extra room :) We told the owner that we have a little one coming with us and we even got a baby bed awaiting us in our bedroom! A personal breakfast has been served for us on every single morning including juices, homemade jam made from figs or grapes from the garden, cake, buns, honey, cheese, eggs (always prepared differently), salami, sausages, fruits, tea, hot chocolate, milk and last but not least a great coffee (you even have a fully automatic coffee machine in your kitchen that you can take advantage of during the day ;)). So the owner serves this great breakfast around 7 am in your kitchen - so once you get up and come down - breakfast is served just for you and your family in your very own kitchen! - what a great experience! The owner lives right next to the apartment and is only hosting people for this only apartment - so no more guests :) There is a jacuzzi (34-35degrees) standing next to the house - the owner cleaned it every single day. Our daughter (2years old) just loved it!!!!! And there is a huge backyard including a vegetable garden and a golf place where you can even play golf!! We will definitely come back and we can definitely recommend it for both - as family and as a couple.

A true Italian gem

We liked the clean and spacious fully equipped apartment and the outdoor ambience and open space. Andrea is the most friendly host you can imagine. The hospitality, Italian friendlyness towards us and our children gave us a wonderful time. The breakfast was so good - again an amazing surprice. This place is truly an Italian gem. Thank you, Andrea for reminding us of how much we love Italy. We will love to come back.

Andrea is een gastheer met zeer veel oog voor detail! De B&B is mooi ingericht en het ontbijt is voortreffelijk, met voldoende keuze en afwisseling. De B&B ligt in een rustige omgeving, net buiten Como. Het bruisende centrum bereik je in 15min met de auto. Aan het zwembad heb je een mooi uitzicht op de omgeving. Op wandelafstand is er een supermarkt, pizzeria en voortreffelijk restaurant.
