All the rooms are very perfect for group. The restrooms as well. Ling provided all the kitchen staffs that we needed to cook.

A great spot near the lake.

Exactly what we needed. Parking was questionable but we got there early and secured a spot. It’s on a busy road but the sunset and sunrises are amazing.

Everything was amazing! Comfortable and beautiful house, clean renovated furnished, with a breathtaking view from the balcony, felt like home.The host was a great person, responsive and kind, let is stay after the check in for an online meeting.

Agradable y amable

Los detalles. La limpieza, la amabilidad de la propietaria. La amplitud y comodidad de dormitorios y baños.

Está lejos del centro y lago. Sin auto no es fácil llegar. No hay parking. Si se consigue, es en el costado de una ruta con mucho tránsito fuera de temporada. En el dto. no hay un lugar de estar, solo un banco en la cocina, y el equipamiento de la cocina es pobre. La cafetera Volturno es para un solo café pequeño, no hay tostadora y el espacio no es para 4 adultos. El resto del departamento es encantador, excelente si solo vas a dormir y ducharte. Igual, conociendo las limitaciones, volvería.

Mooi, schoon en ruim appartement aan de rand van Como

De ruimte en de netheid van het appartement. Alles is netjes en schoon en het uitzicht vanaf het balkon is mooi. Verder de gastvrijheid van Ling en het heerlijke ontbijtje dat ze voor ons heeft gemaakt. Omdat we op doorreis naar Toscane waren was dat perfect.

Het parkeren op straat is niet ideaal, vooral omdat er hard gereden wordt. Maar daar kan Ling niet zoveel aan doen.

De weg waaraan het ligt is heel druk, parkeren is even opletten, in en uitstappen ook maar ligging tov Como is prima!

Zo ontzettend vriendelijk. Heel veel bruikbare tips gekregen en bij een vraag kreeg je direct via chat/whatsapp bericht. Mooi groot en schoon appartement. Parkeren was echt geen enkel probleem in de straat

Helemaal niks! Enige tip zou kunnen zijn... een lekkere stoel in een van de slaapkamers. Je kan nu alleen even op een houten stoel in de keuken zitten.

Heel mooi ingericht en het uitzicht is geweldig!! Ling is super behulpzaam en vriendelijk. We kregen een heerlijke watermeloen aangeboden na een lange reis.

Mooi appartement, enkel de locatie, was iets minder.

Het uitzicht op het Comomeer. Heel goede airco ,alles netjes, vriendelijke host.

Locatie! Langs drukkere weg, je hoorde duidelijk de auto’s. Geen parking. Je moest hem iets verderop zetten langs drukke straat, heel gevaarlijk om te parkeren.

На машине до Комо без пробок 15мин. Но если у вас экскурсия утром берите запас на час, утром ехать 30 минут и ещё нужно найти парковку.

Totalment reformat amb molta cura amb els detalls. Vistes al llac fantàstiques.

L’allotjament està a una carretera molt transitada, no molesta el renou però els cotxes passen molt aviat.

Heerlijk vertoeven in Como bij een lieve verhuurster

Airconditioning in beide slaapkamers en verduistering, balkon aan 1 van de slaapkamers, ontbijt waaronder coconut pudding en chicken porridge wat mevrouw Ling voor ons maakte in de ochtend, 2 badkamers.

Je moest de auto gebruiken om in Como te komen. Er was geen woonkamer. En mijn tip is om ipv het futonbed (opvouwbaar matras) er een 1 persoonsbed op poten neer zet.

Ringrazio Ling per la sua gentilezza. L’appartamento è molto moderno, pulito e bello come nelle foto. In cucina sono state lasciate molte cose buone per la colazione. Vicino al centro. Comodo posteggio libero lungo la strada.
