our short stay was brilliant.

the rooms and the bathroom were very spacious. very clean as well. host was very nice, garden and balcony were great. breakfast was very welcoming and helpful. location was good but not for people who get nervous driving in tight spaces in the Italian mountainous roads. but parking was good.

didn't realize when booking that the kitchen was shared. to be honest: for 2 nights it wasn't a problem and i actually met and had a nice conversation with the other guest. just unexpected to have a shared kitchen but that's my fault probably. and about the apartment, for that money the shower shouldn't have black stuff in the corners.

quiet area , clean , secure, comfortable. great mountain view from the upper master bedroom’s balcony and amazing valley view from the upper bedroom balcony. we enjoyed to have daily lunch and dinner in the garden’s terrace of the villa. i highly recommended for stay especially for family

A beautiful property in a stunning location a short drive from Lake Como

The property was absolutely stunning, it was spotlessly clean, the beds were comfortable and the breakfast facilities were excellent. We had use of the kitchen and the dining area was fabulous. There was a beautiful garden and plenty of outside seating. We spent an entire morning just relaxing in the garden in the sunshine. Roberto was available at all times and was a wonderful host.

Big room, beautiful house. Has its own private parking.

Modest breakfast and poor vegan menu. On the spot it turned out that the air conditioner can only be used during the day. Because it is powered by solar panels. There is no information about this on Booking. After a conversation with the owner, it was decided that we would leave the air conditioning on for the night. This is a very strange and unpleasant experience. The general feeling is that the main thing is savings, not service.

Stunning view..especially on the balcony. A convenient place to travel either to Lake Como or north to Melano. Big Rooms. Clean place, nice staff.

Air Conditioner: Extremely noisy air conditioner. Actually, this is a portable air-conditioner (as a single unit), mostly the yare noisy. My older son was not able to sleep at night because of the noise. Access to the villa is difficult and dangerous to drive Living room and kitchen shared with other tenants. Cold water: there is a button that needs to be activated for the water to be hot... two days we didn't succeed... it could be that in the morning everyone takes a shower there is no water for the last one. Garbage is not removed every day... there is no organized place outside to throw garbage - maybe that's how it is in this area in Italy. Living rooms are located on the 2nd floor.

Perfect host

Even though our check-in time got later and later due to heavy traffic an traffic jams, and we eventually arrived way after midnight, Roberto was kind enough to stay up late to welcome us to his beautiful villa. The rooms are wonderful, the bathroom is spacious and both rooms have beautiful balconies where we enjoyed a nice glass of wine after this long journey. We loved our stay!

Beautiful house, fully equipped, big common space for only two apartments, but also private terrace, balcony etc. Lots of space both inside and outside, I could even play badminton with my daughter. All is clean and well organized. Friendly host.

Très bon séjour au calme, très propre.

Belle maison, nous avons occupé le rez de chaussée qui a un jolie petite terrasse. Très propre et spacieux, au calme. Bien équipée la maison fourni ce qui est nécessaire. Une place de parking disponible dans l’allée (pour les bons conducteurs) mais facilité à l’extérieur.

Je ne peux pas dire que nous n’avons pas aimé mais nous avons été un peu déçus du petit déjeuner. Il y avait suffisamment à manger mais le choix était un peu restreint.
