    I stayed here for two nights and overall had a very good experience. The location was great, with the area being safe and conveniently close to the centre. The breakfast was especially good and was one of the highlights of my stay. I also really appreciated that they allowed me to check in two hours earlier than the standard check-in time, which was very convenient after travelling. When I checked out, they kindly stored my luggage for me as well. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Como. I would consider staying here again. There were only a couple of small things that could be improved. There were no slippers in the room, which would have been a nice addition. Also, I found the reception staff a little formal and less warm than the staff at the other hotels I stayed at in Italy. They were not unfriendly, but they could have been a bit more welcoming and relaxed. Other than that, I had no issues during my stay and was happy with the hotel overall.

    It’s a nice hotel in a really good location. It’s closed to the San Giovani train station. The facilities are okay. The breakfast is pretty good.
