everything is a little old and outdated, I wasn’t able to sleep any day because they started construction right in front of my apartment early in the morning, therefore the bad rating

A good option when looking for functional and spacious apartment hotel, suitable for family with kids.
A very nice apartment hotel. The rooms super clean and spacious. The air-conditioning worked well. For a family with small kids we think this is a good choice. There were parking spaces available at the yard. The location is quiet and with good walking distance to the lake. There was also washing machine for clothes in the room. The breakfast was 10€/person and was worth the money. The yard was pretty and covered with trees. Friendly staff. We would visit this place again!

Walking distance to the lake.
Stayed here many times en route to and from southern Italy. Near lake and private parking. Part of Terzo Crotto hotel next door so restaurant and bar avaikable.
Prices here and other hotels locally have risen far more than other locations. Two big hotels by the quayside are under renovation making it look less attractive.

Best stay in 2 weeks travelling acros Europe
Gorgeous old property with a long rich history. Room was generous and comfortable. Staff were enthusiastic and helpful. Parking was great, onsite and felt protected. The real highlight however was the restaurant where I ate a rack of lamb. It was superb with the preparation of both the meat and vegetables best in class. Best meal while travelling in Europe for 2 weeks. Even has a local draft beer that had real taste
No curtains to block out the light (just nets)
