Great value for money

If you expect sea view, or a green forest with birds tjilping... do not book it. For all other issues... a fantastic value for money deal and great place to stay and sleep. Bonus: close to the lake. We recommend it.

Very minimalistic, clean and tidy. Nice manager too, bought us some breakfast before we left.

The bathroom seems hard to heat up, with the radiator on it still felt a little cold in there(could just be because its winter) Bigger Tv would be nicer too, but not essential.

The room was spacious, comfortable and modern with the added bonus of a balcony. The room had all the required facilities - kettle, hairdryer, fridge /cooler, air con. Daily housekeeping ensured the room was clean. Short walk to good restaurants and Lake Como. The staff were really helpful despite the language barrier, they were excellent

On a main road so there was some traffic noise when on the balcony but not noticeable in our room. The cafe bar closed early evening, it would have been nice if it had been opened longer

The hosts/staff were responsive and accommodating. It's always a relief to know that any concerns or queries can be swiftly addressed. Lastly, the inclusion of a garage was the cherry on top. In a place where parking can be a challenge, this amenity was greatly appreciated. Not only did it provide an added layer of security for my vehicle, but it also eliminated the usual parking hassles. Overall, I highly recommend this booking. Between the prime location, seamless communication, and the bonus of a garage, it's a standout choice for anyone looking to have a pleasant stay. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

It was a pleasant vacation.

The room is big and the towels were replaced daily. The bus station to the center or ferry is also 3-4 minutes from the place.

An iron in the room would be really helpful.
