Location fab, parking at back of property, host was very nice and helpful, room was really nice and cosy, breakfast was 10 out of 10 loads variety and plentiful, very pleasant stay deffo stay again

Great location. Walkable to the city restaurants. Quiet. Great staff. Great food!! Parking was easy.

Location; friendly staff; easy off-street parking; great breakfast
Traffic noise during the day in the front bedroom was loud, after 10:00pm or in the back rooms it wasn’t an issue.

The room was clean and reasonably comfortable. The location was fine - i was meeting friends the next day at the East Strand Carpark and that was a reasonable walk
I didn’t know that I had to check in before 7 or that breakfast wouldn’t be available until 8.30 when I booked - and I was about to do a 30k walk I would have liked breakfast. I didn’t see any staff during my stay. I also found communication a bit difficult - automated messages telling me I had to arrive before 7 even after I had communicated that I wouldn’t be arriving until 8-8.30 because of my flight which made me feel anxious (although the key in key safe system actually worked fine).
