Good value for money place to stay. Room was a good size and comfortable, there's a share kitchen downstairs and supermarket next door. Easy walking distance to a myriad of places to eat.

Window dressings don't block out the light too well, which in summer it is light for around 16-18 hours a day.

Great location , comfortable bed , very clean and very friendly and helpful staff

No TV in room but it was part of the booking process so it was not a surprise

The guy Chris I spoke with was lovely and very prompt with his replies and very accommodating. It’s totally self service which suited me and pet friendly. Was right beside the bus stop and very spacious and clean. The bed and bathroom were great. I had the best sleep I’ve had in months. The communal area has a TV, couch, dining table and kitchenette. Everything you might need to make breakfast and snacks. It’s right beside a beautiful beach walk and the restaurant is next door. I was there on a Sunday and there was a massive car boot sale as well which I loved.

There were quite a few things in my room I felt were under par. No lampshade, the window and blind didn’t open properly. There was a hole in the bathroom ceiling. Cheap mismatched hangers on a rusted looking rail. When I tried to unplug the kettle the whole socket came out. Loose wires above the mirror. I’m not a very fussy person and used to budget accommodation but these all seemed like pretty easy problems to fix and kind of put a dampener on my stay. I’d definitely try again based on the service, cleanliness and location. Maybe because I had a dog I got a specific room? Anyways I’d go back and try again and recommend the location to anyone it’s utterly beautiful.
