Excellent location to all amenities. Rooms were exceptionally clean Staff were so welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was amazing. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again!

I have listed ourselves under business, but in fact we were on Pastoral work and chose to stay because weather was not good for return.
The Jotel staff were very welcoming andcwe arrived late in the evening to be greeted by a very efficient welcoming night porter who knew about my medical needs from the staff during the day.
The reception staff, restaurantvstaff and cleaning staff went out of their way to make us feel at home in this lovely hotel that has been designed to be adventurous as promoted and themed . The room was lovely and the shower really refreshing.
For business, holidaying or leisure this is a place to visit . You won't be disappointed

Lovely decor and spotless new Hotel. The heating was not working in our room and as the hotel was full, we were offered an extra duvet & small blow heater. The staff were friendly and we hope to return.
