Generously sized room. Clean. Quiet. Comfy bed – nice and large too.
Basic mod cons – though adequate – e.g. small tv. Noisy extractor fan in shower room was on constant - acceptable once door closed. Windows needed a clean. (But this is nit picking – was happy enough).

Location, cleanliness, space in the room and tea/coffee ancillary items. Also the bathroom was entirely separate and was quite big - all good here.
Minuscule TV located in top right hand corner of the room. My laptop has a bigger screen.
We had to contact the owner regarding people trying repeatedly to get into our room on 2 separate occasions. This was after a heated argument at the foot of the staircase involving other guests. The owner offered to come to the accommodation but by this time those involved had departed.
