The property was. Lovely Close to town

There was a patch of plastic grass outside the front door , I’m aware it had rained on our first nite , but this plastic grass held the water & it didn’t add much to the welcome to the stay

location was very good all amenities were close by, The studio was well furnished and very clean, overall a lovely place

The key box code we were given was incorrect, a phone call to the owner however quickly resolved this issue and we were given the correct code. Due to the studio apartment being close to a main road there was some traffic noise. Although it was advertised as having WiFi it was not available and a request for the access code was not received It would benefit from having a least two full sized hand towels and a bread knife.

Cosy place to stay for a night

Wonderful location, beautiful cosy boat house overlooking the Lough. Everything you could need for a few nights stay and the bed was very comfy. Communication was quick and owner was helpful when we had to call about accessing the property.

Ventilation in the bathroom was poor meaning it smelt quite damp and there was no shower gel. Also no WiFi or a welcome book, not something we needed but would be nice for visitors staying longer.

No major issues, spotlessly clean property, very comfortable bed, very central.

Breakfast n/a Location was very central, easy walks to all sights, restaurants, pubs etc Heating worked well, making the room quite cosy on a wet, cold night. Kitchen area equipped with all you needed.

A little difficult to find initially, steps down to the property with no hand rail. There was no parking allowed directly outside but free parking was available close by. We went out of season so no issues with parking but it may differ on busier dates. It would have made a difference if the heating had been on prior to our arrival on a dark, wet night!

The towels. I didn’t bring my own as it said towels were provided. There was only two very old thin towels for two people sharing, would’ve liked another for my hair but that is the smallest complaint everything else was wonderful
