Location was perfect

The view was just sensational! Location was amazing!

Whilst the property was superbly located with exceptional views, it needs an overhaul. There is no sofa to relax on, there is a sofa bed but it is too small to stretch out or have 2 people sit together. Another chair is just too uncomfortable and stained to use. There is a very badly stained carpet throughout downstairs which is also in the small toilet and kitchen. It needs to be lifted and replaced. It is also unhygenic to have carpet in a toilet and kitchen. There is no TV, which is not a problem with that view, but might bother some people. The upholstery on the chairs and cushions is stained and shabby, also needs replacing. Beds are comfortable and clean and quite quirky up the ladder! Such a shame the decor lets it down, if you are renting out a property it needs to be clean and hygenic for use. It would be just fab if it was overhauled!

Incredible views. We have enjoyed them every time we stayed in the house. Very convenient location for exploring the area. We could find parking across the street so did not use the properties' one, but it is available if needed. The amenities are okay and as shown in the pictures. It was thoroughly cleaned, but the carpet had some old stains that, I guess, are not possible to remove. So, if you are expecting high-end, posh accommodation, this is not it. It is an old house with its own character and charm, and I would definitely stay there again. As noted in some other comments, the town is very charming, with plenty of places to hike and incredible views. However, it is also popular with partygoers from Belfast and Dublin, so Saturdays might be very noisy. Weekdays, on the other hand, reveal the full charm of both the town and the property. As mentioned in the description, there are no curtains, so be prepared for that. In summary, we enjoyed it very much and will definitely be back.

The view and location were outstanding!

The furniture was very dated and it was very hot upstairs. A fan would have been beneficial.
