A fantastic couple of days in an idyllic setting. That view is imprinted on my memory.

Superb location. A truly amazing setting and view, made all the more spectacular by sunshine over our entire stay. Very convenient access to the village and a plus to have onsite parking.

The steep stairs to access the mezzanine floor and the bed are not for everyone.

Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Everything needed for self catering supplied though we just had breakfast in as there are many good restaurants within five minutes walk. Spectacular views, the tide comes within a few feet of the house. This can also can be viewed from the mezzanine. Enjoyed the quietness.

I found the mezzanine a challenge. Ladder stairs were a bit straight, steps a bit narrow and ceiling low. I should have made use of the chair bed in the living room but just didn’t think of it until the day of checkout.

Amazing views.

Beautiful views over the Lough. Perfect location. Dog friendly.

The bedroom has a steep ladder and low ceiling. Whilst physically we had no issue with this, 2 night's was plenty. There are also no curtains/blinds. Personally I loved the view of the sun coming up but my partner didn't. Again any longer than 2 night's would have a difficult.

Comfortable enough and the village has plenty to offer.

It is the location across the road from the village and the view across the harbour that are the saving graces of this venue. With no reception per se and heating being by log burning stove it would need a specific arrival time to organise this in advance.

Modern, comfortable furnishings and perhaps some form of central heating would not be unreasonable for the price. Definitely should be prior safety warning of the steep ladder to the sleeping area and that there is no adult standing room there.

The quirkiness, the view, the cosiness and comfort And the proximity to the sea and town. Parking was also appreciated.

I'm tall so the mezzanine was a bit tight, lacked headroom but other than that it was excellent. Very enjoyable.
