Location, cleniness and its original & authentic restoration
It could be a bit tricky for older or possibly someone with a disability to navigate the number of steps .. if your fit all is good ..

Clean, spacious and central location perfect
Could do with a microwave and a hair dryer that one can use as the one supplied was 2 pin and we could not use it. Bed could do with some TLC in main bedroom and could do with being upgraded as it was very creaky and old fashioned
