Bluebell Cottage - with hottub

Everything was perfect we had a lovely stay groceries left for arrival lovely touch clean bedding lovely and comfortable and clean 😁 my parents had the bed and we had the sofa bed loads of room and comfy hosts excellent and hot tub fabulous. Will be back here easy arrival code easy to access everything at hand lovely and warm clean towels. Lovely space to walk my dogs we thoroughly enjoyed our stay will recommend 😁 Thank yous very much!

The location was quite and rural but you would need to arrive in daylight. The code for the gate could be tricky as the numbers have worn off the pad.

The lack of privacy for the hot tub. It's mis advertised as a cottage. It really is an annexe on to someone house. The lack of space we had to move the bed away from the wall. The massive sofa and there was no way any more than two people could of stayed here longer than two nights.

The facilities and accommodation were excellent, some might complain the bathroom is a bit small , but the large walk-in shower area makes up for that. Fresh milk and bread were provided. . The hot tub was great. Plenty of space for secure parking.

Loved the thoughtfulness of leaving some bread, butter and fruit for us! Also the nice folded towels and Toiletries left for us to use.

I stayed here with my sister and 2 kids. They were very excited about the hotub that was there and the play facilities. When we arrived the door handle surround fell off but I still was excited since the pictures of this place are gorgeous! I want to state that I have had nothing but nice interactions with the owner of this place but that does not make up for the nightmare of a night we had. Firstly I will state that this does not accommodate 4 people comfortably (even though we were 2 adults and 2 kids under 5) the sofa bed was just a leather brick to lay on. It wasn't made up or anything which was a bit disappointing (thats minor given everything else) the toilet seat was broken, the sink was covered in what looked like mould, it was 24°c in the room and no fan or anything to try and cool the place down apart from a small window which did nothing. There were 4 doors all padlocked and unusable. It is basically just a room. There was no playhouse in sight(we only found it after we left as it was on the other side of where we stayed) The hottub was murky and the lid of it hanging on by a thread, the trampoline thats there was rusted, zip of the safety net broken which meant the kids couldnt be secured in and when my child tried to go on it one if the springs fell off!! The pictures really look the part on here but I can honestly say that for the price and where it is you can get something so much nicer, cleaner and more equipped for 4 people. Very disappointing, if I could get my money back I would!

The host was lovely!

It’s annex to the host main residence not a cottage and the hot tub is behind the hosts main residence. Lovely location and a lovely host just a lot of money to stay in a converted garage. Very small and the boiler is very loud

Beautiful location, the owners were approachable and really lovely. Loved seeing your beautiful little spaniel, hot tub was lovely after a day of travelling, felt really private and you can see the owners make the upmost effort to keep you comfortable

I was not aware the cottage was onto the family home. We all felt very uncomfortable and didn’t relax much

Convient location, clean and comfortable good facilities. Pet friendly also. Hot tube could be more private but fantastic overall would absolutely stay again.

The family were lovely people and our child loved playing with there children! A home away from home! Beautiful scenery! Everything we needed was there! And of course the hot tube was amazing

Lovely location, very cosy cottage. Hot tub was fabulous. Hosts were wonderful. The children were adorable and shared their toys with our toddler.

Donkeys up the field. Nice lady gave kids carrots for donkey which was kind. Hot tub was lovely. Nice comfortable place and a good location just outside the city! Loved that there were donkeys for the kids to see and fantastic that dogs can stay. Lovely garden and only a few minutes drive from the city. Hot tub was a nice addition!

The WiFi didn't work at first but we were given a new connection straight away by hosts which was great! The sofa bed was quite dirty unfortunately and the heating stopped working the evening we stayed. We found it warm enough anyway though so it was fine. I think £100 would be a suitable price per night, a little on the pricey side but so is everywhere...

It was such a quaint area, the pictures don’t do it justice! There’s so much room it’s lovely. My partner, son and his friend (both 13years old) came to stay and were delighted we did. The boys loved the hot tub, Netflix and the hosts dog (they named him Charlie as we didn’t get a name for him 😂)! Do yourself a favour and stay here! The peace itself is so worth it!

I liked absolutely nothing I booked to stay in a cottage as listed !!! Turns out it's a garage attached to a house !! And the host was cheeky I didn't end up staying I also didn't get a refund !!!

The Cottage is lovely and has everything you will need for a comfy stay. Very nice relaxed setting Hot Tub was fantastic in the frosty weather. Hosts were very friendly.

Ww loved the peace and the trees and the hot tub was spotlessly clean and we slept brilliantly after it - we appre iated milk in the fridge and the bread and fruit too

Cottage had everything we needed for a comfortable overnight stay. It was warm and inviting upon arrival. Hot tub was a great addition. Good quiet location and value for money! Will definitely be back.

Loved the accomadation.

Didn't like the hot tub being far away from accomadation and that it wasn't very private. First day man was sitting at a desk at the window of house while we walked to the jacuzzi. He pulled blind down but it felt overlooked.

The hosts are warm and welcoming our kids have a blast playing with theirs and the garden area and playground. Cottage was clean and cozy 5☆

Beautiful quiet cottage with all the amenities to self cater. The cottage was exceptionally clean. The towels were so soft, and both the towels and the bedding smelt amazing. The added bonus was the hot tub, and what a lovel lluxurious added bonus that was.

Absolutely everything and not expensive. So relaxing and well catered for. Will definitely be back.

Room was nice and cosy, was cleaned and family where very welcoming. Hot tub was amazing and top quality. Good location, close to the town. Plenty of space for the dog he loved it

Was quite expensive but no other complaints. I would recommend anyone who is thinking of purchasing this to read the host information, something we missed initially and didnt realise about the curfew on the hot tub or that the cottage was attached to the house. Also bring things to do after 10pm to keep yourself entertained if you do book

It was a lovely stay, short but sweet, our family was given a lovely warm welcome from both owners and kids, cottage is amazing, so so cosy, with an extremely comfy bed (didn't want to leave it 🤣) and the little touches, milk butter, bread, ect ...is really sweet and thoughtful, I never write reviews, so you'd really know they're doing well and going above and beyond for their guests A+
