We travelled with a Girls football team ages from 7-9 staff were very pleasant, check in easy and quick rooms were clean and tidy and Breakfast was great plenty of selection and enough choice for the kids. Thank you for your hospitality

Was there for a very quick nights rest driving from Portrush to Dublin. It was fine…the TV didn’t work. The heater was either stuck on or something because we were baking…but the window opened to help. Breakfast was good.

Nice stay in the hotel, only fault we found was bar on Saturday night closed at 11pm instead of midnight as claimed in the hotel information pack in the room. Spoilt our night as we came back early from the town to end our night in hotel having a few drinks

The hotel is not in the countryside (as you might assume) but on the edge of a busy town. I’d say rooms comparable to a Premier Inn but, being on the ground floor I couldn’t risk having a window open at night. Bar/Restaurant area OK but a little basic. The lady behind the bar (I don’t know her name but a mature lady) was lovely and made sure I was happy with my food and provided a great service as did the waitress and receptionist. Room had everything needed, bottles of water, tea, coffee, biscuits and good towels bit suggest more of a ‘no frills’ hotel. Plenty of parking and free which is always a plus though.

The staff are friendly but I had an issue with the shower being lukewarm to cold which was very disappointing when you stay at a hotel. I didn’t have a shower because the water was not warm enough. The food is good. On my previous stay the shower was just fine but at this time wasn’t and they didn’t offer to change rooms as they didn’t rectify the problem.

We stayed here overnight & got some nice recommendations for dining by the hotel staff. Bar unfortunately closes at 11pm -this is way a little too early for hotel guests. We got back at 10.50pm & bar lights were off but staff did serve us. Place lacked athmosphere. Room was fine - comfy bed & decent shower. Breakfast as very good -freshly cooked.

Staff are excellent. Convenient car/ taxi ride to Newry. Break fast is good. The property needs invstment. I was in room 104. Shower cubicle needs maintenance and, probably, resiting a few things, such as toilet holder etc. The lighting in the shower in the toilet is very poor.

Lovely hotel, just outside newry centre. Staff were fantastic, rooms comfortable and spotless. We ate dinner in the bar and had breakfast the following morning, the choices on each menu were many, we'd go back for the food alone. Plenty of parking.

I spent 2 nights and 3 days and it was a pleasant experience. All the staff members rightfrom reception were very warm and welcoming. I ll specially like to appreciate Roselyn and her male colleague at breakfast time, they were very warm, kindly and friendly. They went the extra mile to make my aged parents comfortable at breakfast time. Thank u and well done Roselyn
