The house and the grounds were beautiful and well cared for. This home was an art and music lovers delight. The bed was a dream.
Elizabeth took us under her wing immediately, offering exceptional hospitality, incredible advice about Monaghan and beyond, and we’re so grateful she had time to be sociable with us. The breakfast was incredible!!!

The home was exceptional, and the breakfasts were excellent! The location was ideal for relaxation, and yet close enough to Monaghan to find colorful pubs and fine dining. Elizabeth, our host, was outstanding! She was such a pleasure to spend time with, and was altogether delightful. We were sad to say goodbye to such an interesting person- I hope we can return the hospitality if she ever visits the U.S. ☺️

We had an incredible stay at Lynster house. We didn't spend much time there as we attended a wedding locally but the breakfast the next morning was absolutely outstanding and thoroughly cured us from the night before! Elizabeth is an amazing host, she couldn't have been more helpful, we will definitely be staying again.

Clean, lots of towels provided, excellent breakfast, pretty and quirky decor.
Heating scarcely on, electric showers poor. Very high end pricing so you would expect better showers.
