We liked the staff and food in the hotel. The beds were nice and Cosy.

The location is very good as it's in on the main street and in easy walking distance to the town centre. The Staff are excellent and one of the hotel's best assets.

Be aware of the closing time of the restaurant re /access to hot evening meals after a certain time..

We stayed in the motel, noisy, heating not in for the 3 days we stayed, shower water lukewarm warm, had to ask for iron and ironing board, no tea or coffee in room

We arrived at 7.50 after a 200 mile drive to be informed the dining room would close at 8.15. We told reception we would be in time for 8.15 dinner. We presented ourselves at around 8.12 to be told the kitchen was closed and chef had departed. As we were very tired we asked if an exception could be made for something simple. Refused and we were directed to a nearby rather grubby TakeAway. On our return we noted a party of people being served food in the dining room. We were somewhat disgusted. We are both over 80 and do not appreciate TakeAways.

We asked for an early morning breakfast. We were not offered the workers' early morning breakfast but we were instead offered a takeaway version. This never materialised. The toilet was blocked I noticed a pile of rubbish in an inside function room as we were walking to the lift. The room was fine and comfortable.

Nice weekend stay at Enniskillen hotel!

Breakfast in the dining room on Sunday morning was excellent.On Saturday as we were leaving at 6am to do a hike we’d been promised a takeaway breakfast which was great.When we went to reception and met the staff member at 6am Saturday we said good morning and explained we’d been told we were to collect breakfast.Without lifting his head or saying good morning or in fact saying anything he pointed at two round white cartons and two bottles of orange juice.We took the breakfast and left feeling very strange…..when we got to the car we opened the cartons to find two lovely cartons of yogurt fresh fruit and granola…not quite sure how the male staff member thought we were going to manage to eat it without a spoon. Anyway we don’t often complain and I always like to give people the benefit of doubt but I believe management should know if their staff aren’t performing.My partner said he probably was tired having been awake all night…I said that’s his job! So after a great weekend that was the only down moment…we ended up scooping our breakfast out of the carton with the lid 😊It won’t put us off going back but it was disappointing that one staff members attitude can ruin a trip!

The room and staff especially Katie and the young girl from Donegal didn't get her name but overall all staff were absolutely gems ...makes Ur stay a pleasure So close to everything

The room was disgusting. I probably got my shoes dirty walking on the rug. Stains everywhere, smelled of urine, reminded me of a Tijuana hotel I visited in 1987. Value for money? It was gross. Big mistake, but too late in the day to fix. Nice staff, not sure who decided Room #3 was fit for a guest.

Very friendly staff. Nice room.

Bar was in the restaurant used in the evening. One of the people at the bar was very loud, spoilt my meal. Fry in the morning had good selection except only had potato bread no soda bread ( Ulster fry) . Contents had been sitting for some time not freshly cooked and was very obvious.
