Location is excellent! Super cute property. View of mountains is awesome. Landscaping around the bottom half of property needs attention. Staff is excellent!

This property was magnificent with the views of Sintra.
The Palace team was well trained and attempted to every need that we had. We felt like we were the only visitors in the entire place.
There are multiple peacocks on the ground, which makes it even more fun and exotic.
The marble throughout the palace is one of a kind and definitely a unique experience.
A lot of detail and attention has been put into this property.
The daily wine and cheese looking over the view of Sintra at 6 PM was memorable.
I cannot think of anything that we didn’t like

The place itself is very nice, clean, and beautiful. The room was very nice. The Wine and cheese afternoon break was a nice touch.
The rooms were too noisy, and so were many of the other guests. The tub did not work properly.
