An oasis in the tourist town of Sintra. It was relaxing being able to enjoy the view of the historic parts of Sintra whilst only being a short walk away. The staff were all friendly and super helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable and it was lovely being able to sleep with windows open and shutters closed. We enjoyed the 6pm drinks and nibbles and the entertainment of both the fado performance and Freddie the peacock. We also liked that we put an order in the night before for breakfast which would eliminate so much wastage of the normal hotel breakfast.
We would prefer to have had the bathroom separate from the bedroom not just the toilet.

Property was under construction when I visited but the main building and view from the building were perfect.
The property is far from town so expect at 15-20 walk with some incline. Ubers are very accessible.

The place itself is very nice, clean, and beautiful. The room was very nice. The Wine and cheese afternoon break was a nice touch.
The rooms were too noisy, and so were many of the other guests. The tub did not work properly.
