Extremely beautiful design hotel, everything is curated very beautifully. Big and spacious room, well planned bathroom. Delicious breakfast and free parking right outside. In the evening you can access the Sintra center with a car in a few minutes.
We were lacking some of the basic info from the staff like where is the bus station or good restaurants (everything they suggested on paper had very poor reviews). The room and the hotel overall had a strong smell of old and dust, could be fixed as it still is a very nice boutique hotel.

The room was nice.
The night before I arrived I emailed to ask if I had paid for breakfast. They said that I hadn’t but that they would charge me €60 for two of us to have breakfast on two days. When I got there, a man who checked us and said yeah I saw that email but it’s going to be €80. I think he should have honored what was said in writing. He was even a little rude about it. The breakfast was not even good. At all. We got breakfast for two in town on the second day for about eight euros and it was delicious.
