A very charming Chalet, nice staff and a great breakfast at Cafe Saudade

The reception staff, Catherine and Joao were really helpful and friendly which enhanced our guest experience. The room was clean, comfortable and well appointed. Chalet Saudade is a very short walk to the attractions in the centre of Sintra including a range of restaurants and cafes. All in all it was a wonderful experience to stay at Chalet Saudade and we really appreciated the friendliness ofthe reception staff.
The breakfast service at the restaurant was very business like and lacked warmth.

It’s a gorgeous place with all amenities taken care of and an exceptionally kind and helpful staff. The breakfast at the Cafe Saudade was similarly amazing.
No complaints at all, it was all perfect!
