    Our AC was not working in the room. Me stayed 2 nights and we let the girl at the reception know multiple times that it was not working. She pretended to fix something but never called a technician, and didnt care when we told her it still didnt work. We had to sleep with the windows open with the noise of trucks and cars and people outside. Also, the the room doesnt go completely dark as the lights in the room stay dimm and dont turn off completely. The door for the bathroom is made of glass and is not soundproof
