Pendoa Sintra Collection-Soft Opening

The location is perfect! Very close to the city center and all the activities. Clean and the staff was lovely!

Great location in the old town, with plenty of attractions and restaurants within easy walking distance. The room was spacious and came with a nice kitchen. From our room we had a wonderful view of Quinta da Regaleira and a corner view of the Moorish Castle. There is no staff on the premises after 7 pm or before 11 am, but once you’ve checked in, getting in and out is easy. We had a really good stay and loved it.

No elevator.

Everything. I enjoyed every aspect of my stay. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. The room was spotless. The view of the Castle on top of the mountain was amazing. On the first day, I was pleasantly surprised to find a welcome basket filled with bread, cheese, butter, jam, milk, orange juice, and fresh fruit. It was such a thoughtful gesture, especially as I arrived feeling exhausted and starving after my journey. Every morning, fresh bread was left outside my room, which was such a sweet and thoughtful touch. :) A big thank you to the owner for creating such a lovely, welcoming environment. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would happily recommend this place to anyone!

Nothing. The only point to make is that it has steep stairs with no lift. This was not an issue for me.

Location is not suitable for the elderly, Room was much smaller than expected. Before booking confirm all fees as I have just been sent a cleaning invoice which was not mentioned when booking. Also you are not informed that no cars are allowed in the Historical section of town .......only once you have booked do you receive a mail informing you and where one can park your car if you are driving. The wifi was very slow.
