We had a large room with a private sitting out area (although it was too cold to use while we were there). Karen and her staff were very helpful and accommodating.
The guest house is very central, close to where Ubers can take you and several of the palaces are close by.
There is an honesty system for snacks and drinks. Breakfast was OK but with freshly made pancakes and scrambled egg and the dining area was more corridor than room.
Overall very good value.

Such a wonderful hotel. The location, building, and room were all just perfect. We only stayed for a night but wished we had stayed longer! We will certainly be returning in the future.

Karen was a great communicator and very helpful. I was very interested in the history of the building, which used to be a day activity and care center for local elderly residents. She has done a great job renovating and preserving the character. Our room (#2) was spacious with many windows and good air flow. Great location to access palaces and castle.
