Sintra 1012 Boutique Guest House

Room #4 was a pleasant surprise. A full apartment with kitchen,dining area, living room, spacious bedroom, and bath was clean and quaintly decorated. The host was very friendly and accommodating. Only a taxi can take you there. An Uber will get you close and you will have to walk downhill.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! Karen, our hostess, was incredibly attentive to our needs as we were traveling with a one year old. Our room was turned down and taken care of everyday. Karen went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable every time I saw her, even arranging a taxi service for us to go into town for baby food and diapers. The hotel is beautiful, tucked away down a little alley and at night it’s quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was very good and the room was very clean. We made it home easily for 5 days. You are just steps away from the action, but a room close by to rest in if you need it. Sintra is a very charming town with a lot of personality. Everyone was so kind, from the restaurants, pastry shops and palaces. I highly recommend staying here as we had a very attentive, cared for experience that is hard to beat. Obrigada!

The location is perfect for getting to any of the attractions and to restaurants. The owner is very attentive, kind and helpful. Our room was cozy and inviting, the bed comfortable, great shower. I would stay here again!

Sintra is not an easy city to get around, but the staff could not have been more helpful in guiding us to the building. Our room was lovely, the breakfast was delicious and we truly enjoyed our stay. I would love to stay there again.
