Interior of hotel is fantastic, it has obviously had a lot of money spent on updating it. Location is perfect. Next to tram stop. 5 mins walk to train and bus station and shops and bars.
1st impression is not good. The hotel wall has got rusty fence around it. This is not a true reflection of the hotel.

The location was very, very close to the center which made it easy to do walking tour’s and locate restaurants etc. Parking for our rental car was also provided which takes a load off your mind. Edvarda, was an excellent host and sought to care of us in every way. Breakfast was more than adequate and very fresh and beautifully served as well.

The location and parking were good. Just a short walk into Sintra or drive into Sintra old town.
We stayed 2 nights. We requested to arrive at 11am but didn’t get there until 4:30pm and our room was not ready, we had to wait whilst it was cleaned, no real problem I understand things happen so don’t mind waiting. There was hair in the shower drain, marks on the sheets (which were changed the next day after we slept on them). Breakfast was simple but adequate, go for eggs as they are cooked fresh.
