I chose Valverde Palácio de Seteais to celebrate my birthday, and our stay was truly exceptional. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, and the service throughout our stay was impeccable. Every member of the staff was warm, attentive, and professional, making us feel genuinely welcome.

Unfortunately, our experience ended on a disappointing note. On the day of our departure, Ms. Helena at the reception refused to allow our Uber driver to enter the property, even though we had used Uber throughout our entire stay without any issues. Her attitude was dismissive and unhelpful, turning what should have been the perfect ending to a wonderful birthday celebration into an unnecessarily unpleasant experience. It is a shame that this single interaction overshadowed what had otherwise been a memorable stay. We hope this feedback is received in the constructive spirit in which it is intended, as this exceptional hotel deserves a guest experience that is outstanding from beginning to end.

Gardens poorly maintained Comforter dirty with huge yellow stain 🤮 Fan in disrepair. Fan needed due to air conditioning not cooling down from 25 degrees. Called for assistance but that person was unable to fix the problem.
