A nice hotel and pleasant staff. We enjoyed our stay. The town is nicely situated close to a beach nearby, and just about half an hour away in the car from Culdaff beach.
Hotel room was very spacious (we were upgraded to the suite) which was nice. Bathroom was lovely, and the bed was very comfortable.
The breakfast was also lovely.
The hotel advertises a Spa, and we only found out upon arrival that it was closed with very little explanation as to why, which I found disappointing. As a previous review pointed out, this is the main selling point in the advertisement and to find out it was closed upon arrival, felt a bit misleading.
Additionally, the TV wasn't working in the bedroom. It kept asking for a password to tune the stations. This would have been fine, as there is a phone to call reception, but they don't seem to ever answer the phone. Rang multiple times to no answer. Went down to reception, no-one there.
But the staff were very nice.

It is advertised as hotel and SPA. However the spa was unavailable during our stay.
