Everything. It was a magical stay. Mill House is beyond beautiful, both the house and the grounds. The owners, Annette and Nigel make you feel like you’re part of the family. We could spend a week and never leave the property!Can’t wait to return!

We stayed for two nights and honestly didn’t want to leave. The house is full of character, beautifully decorated, and feels calm, elegant, and comfortable without trying too hard. It’s in a peaceful spot, just a quick two-minute drive into Broadway for dinner or a wander. The service was warm and thoughtful, and we felt genuinely looked after. We really appreciated that, and we’d love to come back another time.

If you are dreaming about a bucolic holiday in the Cotswolds, Mill Hay House is the place you are dreaming about staying. The house is very old, but beautifully furnished. Our room was cozy, tastefully decorated, with a very comfortable bed, a large bathroom, excellent shower, and private balcony. The house is beautiful, but it is really the immaculately kept gardens that set it apart. I recommend taking a french press coffee from the room to have a quiet stroll and look around early one morning. There are few guests and it feels like you have the entire property to yourself. The staff and owners were attentive to our needs and made special accomodations for our early arrival and lack of car. There is good off road parking, but we were using public transport and walking. Snowshill road isn't overly busy and not a problem for the short walk into the village, but it was more fun to take the public path across the sheep fields to Broadway High Street. An excellent hike begins steps from the house to Snowshill Manor and more importantly the Snowshill Arms pub, by the Cotswold Way and Winchcombe Way across the countryside's idyllic scenery. Ask to borrow the ordanance survey map, even if you have good phone reception. One morning we ordered a full English breakfast served in the elegant common room with a stunning view of the front garden, expertly prepared, complete in all details, and very good value. Just a lovely experience beginning to end and one of our favorite stays, ever. Hope to return.
