Nice hotel but customer care should be above profit margins.
Loved the gallery over the bar. Big comfortable bed. Dinner menu was very good.
Cold shower in the morning. I believe the hotel knew there was no hot water when we checked in but didn’t tell us. No offer of money off or voucher for the restaurant to make up for the missing hot water - basic need for an overnight stay?

Overall a very good stay but the cramped snug twin room was very uncomfortable.
Breakfast and dinner were both fantastic.
The snug twin bed room was very very small and uncomfortable and the beds were tiny and cramped and the bathroom was very small and absolutely nowhere to place any toiletries. We were informed that a standard room was not available.

Beautiful character property in amazing location to wander around the wonderful shops and restaurants of Broadway. We stayed in a lovely suite. Staff were super friendly and attentive. Food was really good.
