Great location. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bath was just what I needed

Breakfast was very good
Constant same music in the restaurant which never changed at night or breakfast just the same droning instrumental AI

Great location, very friendly staff, food in restaurant was top notch. Lovely room, very clean, shower although over bath was super powerful (lots of places are let down by poor showers so this was a great plus point)
Slightly limited breakfast options but what we did have was very well cooked. Pillows on bed bit “flat” (obviously this a personal thing so really not an issue for a 2 night stay)

Access to after hours cabinet of beverages and ice in the room.
Communication. I had exchanged more than 1 email regarding late checkin as well as needing to checkout at 830am (requesting take-away breakfast). Yet, upon leaving at 830, none of the staff had any idea what I was talking about and suggested if we could wait 20min or so which we could not. When we requested to go coffee I felt like I was totally putting them out.
