Size of room and the bathroom facilities , Breakfast was good , also the honesty bar and glasses outside the room

The bed was too soft for my liking , the lock on the door was worn and hard to use they said it was being changed. The whole place closed on Tuesday evening , meaning no access to restaurant or bar area on that evening.

Having to pay bar prices with service charge to take glass of coke to room. Hot water ran out. Overpriced for room and facilities.

Most of the staff were very nice and attentive. What food we had was lovely. The room, “The Suite “ was great.

As stated we were treated to the suite by a family member as a gift. The room was apparently the best in the house, costing £320 a night. One of the main attractions of this suite was a lovely bathroom, with a spacious walk in shower, and to top it all a fantastic Jacuzzi bath. Unfortunately, on trying to use this fantastic bathroom, the jacuzzi water system when operated chucked out what can only be described as small disgusting debris !!, not sure what this consisted of!, but I was not going to chance using the bath. On reporting this to a member of staff, who actually came to the room and seen the mess in the bath, but had no clue as to the problem. It transpired that this must have reached the ears of ‘management’ and no more comments were made or an apology. On checking out the next morning it was obvious from the members of staff on duty that we had made this unwelcome complaint. We were told that “it was one of those things “ and that ever room has a big clean every month. I’m sure that is the case, but I don’t believe this jacuzzi bath is maintained properly on these occasions. As a weak compensation, a gesture of good will apparently, we was given a £50 gift voucher to spend another booking at the hotel!. I’m sorry, but in hindsight that’s not good enough, we were palmed off and my wife and myself have since felt insulted. I am going to put a true review on other websites, warning people that if they book this suite to make sure this jacuzzi bath works and is clean, and not a danger to health.

Lovely staff and accommodation. Great location right in the heart of the town. Yet quite in the evening too. Lovely room and breakfast. Highly recommend

My wife is unable to walk far so Russell's location in the centre of Broadway is ideal. The room was spacious, comfortable with very nice his and hers wash basins in the large bathroom. Excellent breakfast. We were fortunate enough to have one of the two parking spaces at the front of the accommodation.

Pulled the handle off our bedroom door. It had been glued back on. Had a problem with locking our door and had to have several attempts at it.

Beautiful property in an ideal location with excellent staff

Its location and the access to free parking. It was also beautifully decorated.
