Stunning hotel with excellent service.

Beautiful hotel, very clean and stylish. Room was stunning. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast excellent. Easy parking. Nice little touches e.g. personalised note and brownies in room on arrival.

There wasn't anything we didn't like! Only slight downside was the bed was quite small and room was difficult to get round because of the very low beams (however, the room was beautiful and had character because of this!).

Great attention to cleanliness, hotel detail, dining along with excellent staff. Food was amazing too.

Jolly staff, but maybe a bit more market research into choices for decor was needed!

Good location. Pleasant staff. Plenty of choice @ breakfast& good fruit salad. Loved the fresh Christmas decs & lilies on the table .

Piece missing off shower door bottom. Duvet ridiculously thick- need a choice of layering especially as very difficult to open window. Heating difficult to control. Needed to have a little more variety in choice of evening meal. Too expensive & too niche. I thought tasting menus went out last year! We enjoyed a drink in snug by log burner in afternoon, but when we came back @ 8.15pm it was out, which was a shame as we would have had another drink by it! Also, cups in room were handleless & tiny- too hot to handle! I imagine that nice pale carpet will soon be stained with spilt hot drinks especially as ledge by bed was so small. I would expect a fridge in room or on communal area for guests to use at this price.

We had a very lovely stay and will definitely be going back!

The hotel is beautiful and stylish. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was delicious with a good menu choice. The location was perfect. Although the hotel is right on the high street it’s surprisingly quiet inside.

Hard to find fault but if I had to say one thing it’s that our bed was a little on the small side.

Everything! Beautiful warm comfortable with friendly staff and excellent food, and spotlessly clean!

Finished to a very high standard, well appointed rooms in a great location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was first class. Cracking breakfast too! The owner, George likes to meet the guests, which is a nice touch.

A gem in Broadway

Lovely hotel in the heart of Broadway. Room was beautiful, very quiet and comfortable. À la carte breakfast was delicious. We had the pleasure of dining in the restaurant and were really happy with the experience, food was great and service top-notch. Parking is a big plus. Staff is lovely.
