The pub is cute and old, but the room was a bit dirty with faeces marks in the toilet and mould on the bathroom roof! Worst of all, we had no hot water for the first two days followed by lukewarm water which would suddenly turn scaldingly hot! We spoke to a few different people about it - the first person acted like it was our fault and said they couldn’t get a hold of the manager, someone came to our room the next day to have a look at the shower and thought it was a broken thermostat so they’d need to get out an electrician and it probably wasn’t fixable while we were here. He said someone would let us know but we didn’t hear a peep for the next two days!! A hot shower is a BASIC amenity of any motel / hotel / B&B room, and we were appalled that no one did anything about it. So disappointing as it was my partners first time in Broadway and it’s one of my fave places in the UK :(

Bedroom was nice but shower was small, bad pressure and needs refurb, breakfast is over at 9.30 your on holiday it should be at least 10.30
