The internal spiral stairs but we knew in advance so we’re prepared for them.

A fabulous property with excellent facilities.

We could not fault the property, the decor and facilities were excellent. Very close to all amenities and a car park was an added bonus. A perfect stay. Sveva was very helpful and on hand if we needed any help or advice. I would highly recommend this property. We will definitely return.

Host was very friendly and apartment was very clean and we love their laundry machine and dryer. It was really convenient to stay with family.

central location free parking but the car cannot be too big. net nkt go through the gate. a normal sedan no problem .

Very nice and cozy apartment in great location

The apartment was perfect for us. It had everything we needed and more. The space was cozy, well decorated and it made us feel right at home. The location is also very very good and being able to park the car at the premises was a big bonus. Right outside was the Como old town, so you are never too far from anything, such as good food and good wine.

Amazing place

We loved the location, the bath, the shower, the beams, the space, the comfy beds and pillows. Everything really! Sveva has thought of every little detail and she is on hand for advice if needed.

Best choice for visiting Como | Lake Come with a family for a couple of days

Perfect welcome by Sveva (in time, easy to find, perfect parking facilities). The appartment is in the historic centre of Como and very easy to find. The appartment is spacious and very comfortable. You can walk directly to the lake and all the other sightseeing monuments. If needed you can have breakfast just at the corner (50m). Excellent choice for a couple of days in Como.

Entspannender Aufenthalt in einer sehr schönen Stadt.

Direkter Kontakt zur Vermieterin, sehr unkomplizierte Übernahme und Rückgabe. Guter, abgeschlossener Parkplatz, sehr zentrale & schöne und ruhige Lage. Lift ist zudem vorhanden.

Die Dachwohung war etwas kühl in der Zwischensaison.
