We enjoyed our stay there, and Lauterbrunnen is a wonderful town!

THe location was great, a little outside the main town area which we liked. We used the washer/dryer.

It was a little cold in the apartment and we couldn't figure out how to turn out the heat. There were no instructions on the use of the washer/dryer in the house---luckily my husband was able to come up with some on the internet. The kitchen had an extremely small coffee pot so we ended up making 3-4 pots each morning. It also would have been useful to have some wash rags for the sink and dishes. The instructions regarding the garbage did not match up with reality (the bin in the garage which we were supposed to use was not there, but we figured the bin outside the next place was okay). We were unable to contact the owner the day before we left to clarify this. Shower/bathroom was good, We had plenty of glassware, silverware and plates.

Perfect apartment in a gorgeous setting

Absolutely wonderful apartment in a stunning setting. Rooms were spacious and well appointed. All elements of the space were in perfect working condition. Beds were much better than our other 5 stops. Isabel was an excellent host and a pleasure to work with. Definitely the place I will miss the most from our trip. Walk from the train station is a little longer than I expected but stopping to get a corndog along the way makes it worth skipping the bus :)

No top sheets, small towels, no washcloths, dryer slow to dry clothes, shirt comforters- I think these are American items not typical in Europe though!

Very pleasant apartment, clean and spacious, with easy access to ski lifts

Very clean and spacious apartment, ideal for a family of 4 or 2 couples. Very good location just in front of the bus stop to the train station and ski telecabins.

Nothing really. The only thing that we found a bit difficult was to adjust the hob which needs to be put at very high temperature to heat the pan properly. Nothing to say about anything else.

we very much enjoyed the apt and will come again. it’s is very nicely appointed and had all comforts of home.

very nice modern convenience, beds and bedding especially nice

we had problems using dryer. clothes took unusually long time to dry and there were no instructions in the notebook. Also no direction on where to drop garbage and no garbage bags for recyclables.

The best!

We loved our stay. This apartment was amazing. Great kitchen with everything you could need. A little bit outside the city center but still within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. It was so nice to have a clothes washer AND dryer. Our only regret was that we couldn't stay longer.

Everything was perfect..the location nice the apartment was very spacious and had all the comforts and excellent kitchen. And the view from the decking was amazing! The host Isabel was very welcoming and responsive.

Easy check-in due to the detailed instructions. Apartment was very clean and the beds very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need including fondue and Raclette. Well positioned as it's a short drive to Murren Station and a few hundred meters to the village Centre. Will definitely be back!

everything about the apartment is amazing. The views, the facilities. Its a home away from home with such an equipped home. the attention to detail is unbelievable. Isabel was a great host with great communication and instruction provided. I would love to stay at this chalet again.

Great condo

clean, modern and well equipped condo in beautiful Lauterbrunnen valley. Host gave us all information needed including tourist cards and info on the bus route - which stops right in front of the condo. You will need Swiss francs to pay for the bus - not sure if Swiss pass is accepted but no credit cards. With half fare discounts that we had it was about $2.20 CHF each way - better price with return trip/round trip. I thought the condo might be in walking distance but it wou be a challenging walk with luggage. The kitchen at condo is very well equipped and there is a Coop grocery right across from the train station if you want supplies for sandwiches. we even did our own fondue with pot and utensils available at the condo. Beautiful/easy hiking paths in the valley to take advantage of, and good base for trips to Jungfrau and other mountain areas. Short train ride to Wengen will give a good overlook of the valley. Thank you Isabel for a wonderful stay!

Superb

The apartment was beautiful, everything was clean and cozy. The balcony offered a picturesque view of Lauterbrunnen. The train and supermarket (coop) was about a 15 minute walk from the apartment but it wasn't a big deal as the views while walking made time go by quickly.

We were sent TWO NOVELES for check in/keeping of the apartment. There were so many little and fine details about the apartment which I missed and made check in very difficult. With all the fine details my family and I felt that we were walking on egg shells to keep to apartment clean and in perfect condition, afraid that we would get charged for any little slip up.
