The property is spacious and in an ideal location, directly. opposite the railway station at Läuterbrunnen. The kitchen is well-equipped and, with the grocery store next door, you can save a lot of money cooking for yourself. There is a sizeable balcony and living area accentuating the spaciousness. The check-in is accomplished via the hotel across the road and the staff there are very friendly and pleasant to deal with.
The beds are comfortable, but the pillows provided are inadequate; they are too thin and make for an uncomfortable night’s sleep. Additionally, the supporting slats in one of the beds were badly broken. Fortunately, we found another bed in the storage room and swapped it out, but guests shouldn’t really have to go to this trouble.

Great location near transportation and next to the grocery co-op, nice space for party of 4. Well-equipped kitchen, including common spices. Lots of windows with great views, massive balcony.
Lack of hooks, towel racks, and horizontal surfaces, like a luggage rack, in the bedrooms made it hard to unpack. Ended up laying out luggage contents all over the floors. Pillows were very flat.
