Free transfer of luggage between the train station and the apartment on the day of check-in and check-out
Spacious apartment with two bedrooms so no one has to stay in the living room
The bed and pillow too soft to provide a good support
The sofa at the balcony looks dirty and can't be cleaned, suggest to change to chairs or at least provide a cover
Water tap in the wash room does not control temperature well. At the same angle, the water can be ice cold or very hot, must be careful

Beautiful views, cosy vibe and decoration. Everything we needed was there, more than the basics.
The couch could use an upgrade, you sink in at the corner. Only feather pillows and duvet. Be mindful if you have allergies.
