Chalet Fortuna 2 is a 3 bedroom 1st-floor vacation apartment with great views of the Jungfrau from its south-facing terrace. Nicely situated in a quiet area, it’s only a short level walk to the center of the family-friendly “car-free” village of Wengen, making it a prime choice for convenience and comfort!
This apartment sleeps up to 6 people:
Bedroom 1 = 2 single / twin beds (can be joined or separated)
Bedroom 2 = 1 double king-size bed
Bedroom 3 = 2 single / twin beds (can be joined or separated)
All beds are European sizes.
Bathroom 1 = en-suite with shower and WC
Bathroom 2 = bathtub with shower overhead and WC
Bathroom 3 = en-suite with shower and WC
Apartment location - Just a 350m level walk from the train station, 300m to the nearest grocery store and 450m to the cable car and nursery ski slopes, mountain hiking and ski areas are just a few steps away!

What you should know...
Although Wengen is a "car-free" mountain village, arriving by car is no problem. There is a large multi-storey car park at Lauterbrunnen train station, with trolleys for your luggage and lifts to the station platforms. It is just a 14-minute scenic cog train ride up to Wengen. The trains depart every 30 minutes until 9.30 pm and then hourly. Taxis are available for hire at Wengen train station if required.
