The room was small and plain, I hit my head on the overhead bunk, which we didn’t need.
There was a party of children staying who ran around until late and when we got to breakfast there was little left and the staff said that the missing items were finished and not being refilled.

- Location: the proximity to the motorway for travelling between the UK and Spain.
- There is a restaurant opposite that serves food until 10pm.
- Pet friendly - €8 surcharge.
- Basic room with what you need for a one night stop over.
- We had booked via Booking and had a reservation code. This code wasn't accepted on the machines outside, to get into the hotel (we arrived at 9:15pm, the check in desk is only manned until 9pm). There was another couple with us who had the same problem. I had to call a phone number multiple times, being hung up on, to eventually speak to someone and he came and let us in. The staff member then proceeded to tell us that we can't book and pay for a room on the same day with Booking (we always do this so clearly that is a specific hotel issue). We eventually got a room after a lot of hassle.
- The bathroom could definitely be cleaner. There are soap scum marks all over the shower and sink faucet.
