Easy to park. Very suitable for a quick overnight stop with a dog.
One of the pillows was damaged (hard lump inside). Luckily we didn't need it this time.

Not much.
You know wehat you are getting when you stay in a PC. You are getting a cheap(ish) room in a chain hotel on an industrial park. Usually you can find someheere nearby to eat - but it won't be a gastronomic experience.
BUT - I really, really, really hate the Hotel's automated arrival and room booking system. It is brain dead. It should be capable of recognising that the person checking in already has a booking (in this case from Booking.com). Of course it didn't and it overcharged me for the room. You cannot argue with a brain dead machine which has your credit card. In this particular case the system ignored my booking reference (which should have cost me around 59 euros inc breakfast and charged 79 euros, with no breakfast). Worse, the hotel has so far refused to even acknowledge my complaint.
Personally I shall not use PC again, but if any other travellers should wish to do so then I strongly recommend that you do NOT book in adavance. Just turn up and use the automated system and choose at that point whether you wish to pay their fees and stay (or go elsewhere - there are plenty of choices on the sort of sites used by PC)

Not much. Still thinking...
This is possibly the worst place I've stayed. The building looks like it has been left unoccupied for years, I think the owners do not like to invest any money in the upkeep only the day to day essentials.
The hotel needs painting, the electric plugs don't fit well, its smelled of excrement when I opened my bedroom window, there was a crack in the bath, mold on the bathroom joints, plus the rooms are so ugly.
The breakfast was terribly impoverished. It cost 6.95 and there was no protein, no ham, eggs, or cheese and no cereal. I ate some bread and Jam, and had a Coffee and Orange Juice

Good accommodation as usual

to have two rooms in different floors for my family

Had a bed and shower.
Smells of smoke, not child friendly. Bedding had holes burned into it clearly by previous stayers who'd been smoking.
7.0 / 10.0
It was an older property than the normal Premiere Classe identikit buildings and so had character but lacked the neatness of finish of a newer building. It was in a peaceful location and with good sheltered and well screened parking. Some room noise carried at night. The staff were helpful and very welcoming.
A bit tired and some need for ongoing repair.

Relatively easy to get to.
No good restaurants nearby. I was also charged for breakfast despite the fact that I paid for it with the Booking.com app.

The spacious rooms were nice. And the clean linen and towels were excellent. Reception staff were very warm and helpful.
A kettle and tea/coffee in the room would be lovely

bare minimum. Did the job but nothing to commend.
Checking in on the machine despite arriving when reception was supposed to be open. Machine only stated one room booked when I booked 2 which was confusing and stressful. Overall impression was really austere and uninviting, a bit like a prison!
8.0 / 10.0
could accommodate a couple and a teenager grandson in same room at a very reasonable price. Full en-suite facilities unlike Formule 2
Nothing in particular. A little noisy before everyone settled for the evening. A cereal option at breakfast would be good.

Nice location
Cost a bit more than booked stated as tax not included
9.0 / 10.0
friendly and efficient check in and communication. No hassle. Provided exactly what I asked for. Great location outside of busy Rouen
Not a biggie to me, but radiator and tv are falling out of their brackets. Soap dispenser not working in shower but sachets provided. Shower head is precarious when in holder. Not a deal killer, I am not that fussy

Good price.
A bit noisy - hear all the 'ins and outs' from surrounding rooms. Breakfast very mediocre.

We arrived late after midnight access was easy no problems. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was a good size double bed.
Pillows could be better but I found this a universal problem with hotels etc
Maybe more toiletry’s ie hand soap
6.0 / 10.0
Clean and a convenient location on the outskirts of Rouen for continuing our journey to Calais.
The staff member on duty was very helpful and welcoming.
The bed cover was thin and not very warm and the pillow was inadequate. I had asked when booking for extra pillows but there were none provided.
The breakfast provided was very basic with little choice, not as good as we've found elsewhere, although it was good quality.

The one member of staff we met was friendly.
Difficult to find initially, area didn't feel very nice, hotel needs a revamp and a good clean. The beds are hard and pillows like rocks, top bedding was dirty.
7.0 / 10.0
Only one thin blanket on the bed no way of adjusting room temp.
The young woman on reception was lovely. The shower room and room were a good size and clean.
6.0 / 10.0
Reception staff nice. Good carpark
Room smelt of Tobacco smoke and shower had broken tiles at the base with dust not removed
6.0 / 10.0
Not much actually.
It is all a bit run down and tired, and in need of a makeover. I arrived around 10.00pm and was confused as to how and where to park..the reception is round the back and difficult to find in the dark. Everything was 'ok' and clean, but it wouldn't attract me to stay again. The presence of 'lots of man in white van' is not appealing - no offence.

I love everything
9.0 / 10.0
A comfortable bed, clean room and linen. We were offered joining rooms which was greatly appreciated. We did not take breakfast though the coffee and hot chocolate was piping hot and nicely served. The young lady receptionist spoke very good English and made us feel very welcome.
The hotel sign was very small at the road entrance and not high enough on the outside wall of the hotel to see it if we had passed the entrance way as bushes by the kerbside so keep a look out. Our only reason for not giving full marks was due to covid restrictions and curfew, which was unfortunate and not at all the problem of the hotel.
