Stay was nice and staff really friendly.

Rooms were spacious with small balcony overlooking the city

The water supply to the Hand wash basin and shower came from the same valve in the shower. Hot water valve to open first, then mixer valve. very confusing. hot water to be regulated with small wall mounted geyser. shower door half open to regulate the heat via the control knob on geyser

The view was good

Tiny room Ac was not working Hit water system was stupid. That should be banned from any lodge or bed and breakfast. Parking lot extremely small. Staff was not really friendly, any questions responded with very short answers. Remember you are the face of Rsa, treat the tourist good.

Great stay at Signal Hill

The staff were extremely friendly, the beds were so comfortable, it was clean and it smelled good.

The only thing that i can think of if the lack of shower carpet, they do put a tini tiny towel down for you to stand on but I think a carpet would be a lot safer.

The air in is amazing. Rooms is nice, modern and comfortable. Pool is. Close. Many open spaces and balcony.

Breakfast was horrible. No fridge in the room. Night male front of house was not that good.

A total disappointment than expected...

Personally,hygiene and the friendly receptionists night and day and the staff..

Room too small ,initally cramped,parking area to small and congested, breakfast of poor quality,no teaspoons at tables to stir up your coffee and juices served in miniature glass tumblers...bread that was refrigerated served ...

Do not stay here!

Cleaning staff went through our personal items. They openend our toiletry bag, went through our clothes even though they were in the closet. Even when we asked not to clean our room, they did enter our room and closet. Stuff was moved but nothing cleaned so they checked our personal belongings.

The staff was absolutely not thrustworthy. They go through your personal belongings. This happened two days in a row. After the first day we noticed this, we moved most of our stuff in the car. We only left our toiletry bag and clothes for the next day in the hotel. When we came back, the toiletry bags were open, moved and our clothes were touched, even my underware was not in the same place anymore! DO NOT STAY HERE

Room was smelly due to poor bathroom circulation. The extraction system was poor and had to close the bathroom door at all times to try avoid the smell. Maintenance is required there.

The only positive I can note is that the room itself was clean and well-kept.

If you’re looking for rest and relaxation, I would not recommend staying here. Parking was a constant nightmare — despite following instructions, we were woken up early in the morning with a loud bang on our door to move the car. Over a 3-night stay, we had to move the vehicle three different times. The noise levels were another big issue. Staff were very noisy in the early mornings and afternoons, and at one point a party was held on-site that went on until 3 a.m. This made it impossible to enjoy peace and quiet, and we ended up leaving the lodge at night just to escape the noise. On top of that, the in-room coffee station was poorly stocked — only one cup per person, not refilled during our stay. Unfortunately, the lack of rest, the constant parking disruptions, and the noise made this a very disappointing experience.

A safe and cozy place to accommodate your Cape Town visit.

The room was on the ground level. A beautiful double bed and everything needed for a lovely stay. The shower is an instant water temperature shower which helps to prevent water loss. Took us a little while to get the hang of it. Overall stay was fantastic, with really exceptionally friendly staff. Many thanks

The room was clean, the bad was comfy, the bathroom spotless. It has magnificent views, and the neighbourhood is nice and quiet.

We enjoyed our short stay

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is on the same road as the Signal Hill gun so you are quite high up above the city. Our room had a balcony with a table and 2 chairs where we could sit and view Cape Town.The city is so pretty at night. The room was a standard hotel size. We were only there for the one night. Did not use any of the facilities. We were able to park the car inside the premises instead of on the street.

The road to the hotel is not in great condition, and from a safety aspect we were advised not to walk along the road at night.
